Black Forrest:
Cocoa Sponge with very rich white cream and a cherry sauce with a million cherry:-)On the top cocoa gloss(I make as well)

Castle Cake:
Sponge with walnut and vanilla and white cream together.On the top Almond and cocoa gloss.

Punch Cake:
Sponge with coffe,rum,margarin,raisen,jam.On the top Icing.

Almond-Choco Cake.
Cocoa sponge with a very delicious choco-almond cream and choco chips.On the top cocoa gloss and roast Almond.

Sacher Cake:
Choco sponge(Not cocoa,this is different) with Apricot jam what is in a million apricot pieces.On the top choco gloss.From milk and dark chocolat as well.

Drummer Cake:
6 piece sponge with very very rich choco cream and rum.On the top burnt icing with the tiny lemon juice.

Strawberry cheese cake:
Sponge with sweet cheese cream and a strawberry sauce with no end of strawberry:-)

Strawberry Cake:
Cocoa Sponge with very very rich and sweet white cream and strawberry sauce.On the top Choco gloss.
